Surgery and More

This morning we had the pleasure of waking up at 5:30am to take Isaac to have surgery. If you remember a while back I posted this about why he had to have surgery but I'll tell you again anyway. He has 2 extra teeth and so he needed to have them removed. He did so good. I snapped this picture of him while we were waiting. I would have gotten more but husband started giving me dirty looks. He loved the ride he got in the bed as they wheeled him into surgery.

He did way better than when he had surgery about a year and a half ago for his strabismus. Thankfully this time they took his IV out before we got there and before he fully woke up. Which is what the problem was with his last surgery, they wouldn't take it out and he didn't like that. He came home and didn't even want to sleep. I had to finally make him take a nap at 3:00. He never really complained about pain, but I think the stitches were bothering him because he kept asking when they could come out.

This afternoon I hear these 3 cute kids yelling to me. "MOM, Come here!" I look out the window and they say, "Mom, don't we look cute? Do you want to take a picture?" Ever since I've started blogging I've been taking more pictures of them so I guess they just want to find reasons for me.

They had to pull different faces for each photo. This was the cute pose.

This is a silly pose.

This is another silly pose.

This is the sad pose.

We joined the Sox Kids Club and everyone got their own sheet of tattoos. So this is tattoo day.

It is obvious they are thrilled about those tatoos.

I know, you would think I forced them to get tattoos. Truth is, they had bugged me for 2 weeks before I actually put them on.
